Mourinho could offload up to seven players in attempt to rebuild Tottenham

Jose Mourinho has reportedly put together a list of Tottenham players who are not part of his plans for next season and who could depart this summer.

The Portuguese coach lamented his players’ performance after his side dropped two points in a 2-2 draw against Newcastle at St James’ Park last Sunday.

According to The Mirror, the futures of Davinson Sanchez, Serge Aurier, Dele Alli, Harry Winks, Ryan Sessegnon, Juan Foyth and Erik Lamela could be up in the air as Mourinho may look to cash in on them this summer.

“The point for me in this moment is to set up a team that can win but in the end a little bit of deja vu,” said Mourinho after the game with Newcastle.

“I believe that many of these white hairs come with things I am not used to seeing in football matches in this level.

“We work well, we work hard. But there are mistakes which I probably shouldn’t even call mistakes because they are related to qualities that players have.”
