‘Just stinks’ – Wolves fans are furious over Man City & Liverpool TV picks
Wolverhampton Wanderers fans are suitably cheesed off at the prospect of facing Manchester City and Liverpool in less than 48 hours.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, who have already played 17 matches this season due to their Europa League commitments, will take on the Premier League’s two finest teams within hours of each other over the festive period.
Amazon Prime have decided to move Wolves’ clash with City at Molineux, which was originally pencilled in for Boxing Day, to 7:45pm on Friday, December 27.

What fans have said
@BobbyGarcha: Friday night Man City and Sunday afternoon Liverpool. These TV games are a joke.
@JasonJ1987: So they’ve given Wolves, who have played the most games so far, only 40 hours between Man City (H) and Liverpool (A) – the hardest two fixtures – over the busiest fixture pile up of the season when there’s absolutely zero reason we couldn’t have played Boxing Day.
@Nashville_85: Does that say Liverpool and Man City in the space of 45 hours??????

@DazCash: Man City and Liverpool in two days. Well planned that.
@AA_Richards: Can’t blame Wolves if they bin off the trip to Liverpool at the end of December and put out a reserve side – TV picks mean it takes place less than 40 hours after they play Man City.
@James_Flynn: Less than 48 hours between Man City and Liverpool just stinks.
