Chelsea fans want Jadon Sancho signed as England ace posts Tammy Abraham snap
The west London outfit have undergone a massive change in direction after a transfer ban and Frank Lampard coming in as boss.
There is now a huge emphasis on the club’s academy, with several players already making the step up to the first-team.
Abraham, Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori are the biggest beneficiaries, becoming star players under the new regime.
But when the transfer ban is lifted, Chelsea fans only have one man in mind who they want snapped up to play for the youthful Blues.
Sancho recently posted to his Instagram account a picture of him and Abraham, captioned: “From South East Ldn to playing for our country”
One said: “Sancho would be a perfect buy as Pulisic and Sancho played together for a couple years.
“Being able to rotate between Puli-Sancho and mount-Odoi on the wings would be devastating to our opposition.”
“Inject this in my veins. Make it happen Marina. Use that Warchest,” someone replied.
This Chelsea fan said “It would probably cost us 150 mil.
“He’s one of the youngest and brightest prospects in the world.
“He’s English. And he’s already playing at an extremely high level in a top league.”
Another said: “He was a boyhood Chelsea fan right? If we get top 4 I’d honestly say we’re favourites to sign him.”
An exciting snippet of an interview posted by reputable Twitter page @ChelseaYouth revealed Abraham and Sancho are close pals.
Abraham said: “You know I grew up with Sancho, so we used to go to the park every summer and have a massive competition where we’d incite 50 of our friends and just kick ball all day.
“It was little things like that, that sort of community and competition drives you.
“When I look at Sancho now and see he’s doing – considering where he started – and how big his name is right now, it makes me very proud and it is inspiring to me.”
