Fernando Llorente doing one thing in bid to secure Man Utd transfer
Spanish striker Llorente left Tottenham at the end of last season.
However, with Mauricio Pochettino reshaping his squad over the summer, Llorente found himself on the chopping block.
But he could be in line for a return to the Premier League.
Llorente is yet to find himself a new club.
It’s understood that the veteran forward has offers from across Europe.
That would leave Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood as the Red Devils’ only out-and-out strikers.
However, United could still make a move for Llorente, with talks already held prior to the English transfer deadline.
With that deadline creeping up, TEAMtalk claim Llorente is stalling on other offers to try and force a move to Old Trafford.
With Europa League football adding to their already busy schedule, United are understood to be looking for a big man up front.
They also feel his experience would be invaluable in an incredibly young squad, especially in the final third.
