Who’s on the radar of Europe’s biggest clubs in this transfer window?
Transfer Market Big deals still to be done
Although some big transfers have already gone through this summer, each of Europe’s top clubs still have some targets left on their radars.
We’ve taken a look at the biggest clubs across the continent and ranked who they’re looking at in terms of priority.
With Antoine Griezmann, Frenkie de Jong and Neto already through the door, the Catalan club don’t need much else going into the new season. They’re still looking at bringing in cover for Jordi Alba at left-back, while the Neymar soap opera will continue to rumble on.
The Premier League champions are still looking to reinforce their defence and have the likes of Harry Maguire and Kalidou Koulibaly on their shortlist. While Joao Cancelo has been linked to fill in at right-back.
Paris Saint-Germain are desperate to sign a goalkeeper before the window shuts and have their eye on AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma. If they are to sell Neymar this summer, they’ll want at least one or two Barcelona players in return.
The German champions are in need of a couple of wingers after the departures of Frank Ribery and Arjen Robben. Leroy Sane and Ousmane Dembele are the targets. They’re also interested in a couple of midfielders from Spain.
Jurgen Klopp himself has admitted that he isn’t expecting many changes at the European champions this summer. The Reds are still following the situations of some players in case an opportunity to sign them arises.
Diego Simeone has already revolutionised his squad during this window but wants to add a creative midfielder to the mix.
The Italian side are obsessed with winning the Champions League and have already brought in the likes of Matthijs de Ligt, Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot. They’re still tracking the progress of Paul Pogba, who would consider a return to Turin.
Los Blancos started the window strongly but they’re more focussed on selling players at this stage. They’d still like to add another midfielder to their squad and are eyeing a move forPogba.
