Hundreds of Villa fans are expected to be out in Minnesota next week ahead of Wednesday’s friendly match.

Here’s an explainer on how best to watch Villa in America and places fans out in the US are expected to gather.

When do Villa play Minnesota United and what time’s kick-off?”/>

The game against the MLS side takes place on Wednesday, July 17.

Kick-off is 7pm local time but 1am (Thursday, July 18) over here in the UK.

The game is not available to watch via Villa’s YouTube channel, a highlights package will be provided afterwards.

Allianz Field. Minnesota’s spanking-new stadium holds 19,400 and it was only open three months ago.

The impressive ground mirrors that of Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena, albeit a much smaller version with blue lights.

The stadium is situated between St Paul and Minneapolis, two busy city states in Minnesota.

Where are fans meeting up?

A lot of Villa fans will be taking over Central Minneapolis, an eight-minute drive away from Allianz Field.

A number of US and UK-based Lions Clubs will be turning the Brit’s Pub into a sea of claret and blue.

The Brit’s is situated in a square with a number of eateries and bars nearby.

Buses are also being put on for supporters heading to and from the game on Wednesday, July 17.

How to buy tickets?

Tickets are still available via MLS-accredited ticketing website . Prices vary from anything between $22 to $182.

Villa fans will head to the North East entry on the corner of Shields Avenue and Simpson Place.

Supporters will congregate in the corner and Villa fans will be in sections 108 and 109 primarily.

The club has also put on a luxury five-day US VIP Tour package at a cost of £6,200. The details are here .

Beer hall has 96 taps!

There’s a huge Brew Hall situated in the north end of the stadium.

It features a 60-foot bar plus 96 beer taps as well as a number of huge TV screens.

Beers including Gluek Cream Ale and Loon Juice Honeycrisp Hard Cider are priced at $11.

A double American burger with chips is £13.5. There’s also brisket pub nachos too for $13.
