Five players Manchester City are tipped to sign in the summer transfer window
Pep Guardiola is not satisfied with back-to-back Premier League trophies and has set his sights on a number of new players, with Man City also aiming to pick up an elusive Champions League win next season.
There have been plenty of names linked with City but five players above all others are predicted to end up at the Etihad Stadium, according to the bookies. Though it must be said that Joao Cancelo does not have any betting options as he edges closer to joining Guardiola‘s side.
The latest transfer odds have City as the favourites to land the quintet below, with SkyBet providing the all-important odds.
Five players Man City are tipped to sign
Ben Chilwell 10/11
The Leicester City left-back is highly regarded across the Premier League and Man City are the favourites to sign him if he leaves the Foxes.
The 22-year-old is a key part of the Leicester squad and wouldn’t come cheap but he has bags of talent and a promising future.
Bruno Fernandes 5/4
Both Man Utd and Man City have been linked with the Sporting Lisbon star, who scored 20 goals and provided 13 assists in the league this season.
City are currently favourites to land the 24-year-old midfielder.
Harry Maguire 6/4
The Leicester City centre-back has long been linked with a move to Man Utd but Man City have now jumped above the Red Devils in the betting stakes.
This has mostly come off the back of Vincent Kompany’s departure at the end of the season, with the Blues now having a void to fill in defence.
Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodri might not be the biggest name in the world but he has the shortest odds when it comes to players favoured to join Man City.
Bayern Munich, however, are also interested in signing the 22-year-old Spaniard.
Saul Niguez 4/7
Another Atletico Madrid playmaker, Saul Niguez has been the subject of speculation for months now after Guardiola reportedly made him one of his targets.
While that trail might have gone a little cold of late, the Blues are still favourites to sign the 24-year-old.
