Azpilicueta apologises to Chelsea fans after Man City humiliation
Manchester City 6- Chelsea 0
Chelsea travelled to Man City on Sunday as they looked to move back into the top four.
Chelsea handed Man City their first league defeat of the season in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge earlier this campaign.
However, it would be Man City who dominated Chelsea on Sunday.
Raheem Sterling opened the scoring in the 4th minute and also closed the scoring in the 80th minute.
Sergio Aguero would get his second hat-trick in a row with Ilkay Gundogan bagging the remaining goal.
Chelsea’s humiliating 6-0 defeat to City was their biggest loss since losing 7-0 to Nottingham Forest in 1991.

The Spaniard also branded Sunday one of the worst nights of his career:
“It is one of the worst nights in my career. It’s very frustrating, it’s very disappointing.
“When you lose 6-0 everyone has to accept they didn’t play well. The only thing I can say to the fans is sorry, because it’s not acceptable, and I feel sorry for all of them.
“We have lost big games in the first minutes and we are conceding a lot of goals. We cannot accept that.” As quoted by the Telegraph.
After the defeat, Antonio Rudiger went over to the Chelsea fans to express his sorrow.
Fair play to Antonio Rüdiger who came over to the Chelsea supporters to apologise and was abused by a ‘fan’ in the away section. Toni said, “I’ve come over to say sorry, stand in front of me if you‘ve something to say!” The ‘fan’ shut his mouth, Toni gave a kid his shirt
