Here’s what happened to Foster, Chadli and all of the West Brom players sold by Darren Moore
After getting relegated the season before, an overhaul was needed, and many first team players had to be let go.
Here’s what happened to the players who left the Baggies in the summer:
Nacer Chadli swapped the Hawthorns for Monaco in a deal worth £10.8 million.
Following an impressive World Cup campaign with Belgium, Chadli was purchased by Monaco in August 2018.
He has made 17 appearances since his move, but has failed to score or assist in any of his games.
James McClean left West Brom for Stoke City who were also relegated last season.
After his 5.6 million euro deal, the winger has made 24 appearances for the club, scoring once.
He has also set up six goals for his teammates so far.
In July 2018, central defender Jonny Evans joined Leicester City in a deal worth £3.6 million.
He has made 14 appearances for ‘The Foxes’ so far, who sit 7th in the Premier League.
Former England goalkeeper, Ben Foster, joined Watford in July 2018 in a deal worth 2.8 million euros.
He has made 21 appearances for ‘The Hornets’, conceding 31 goals.
Foster has kept four clean sheets so far.
Midfielder, Claudio Yacob was released by West Brom in the summer when his contract expired.
It took him until September to find a new club, when he joined Aitor Karanka’s Nottingham Forest. The manager has since left his role at the club.
Yacob has made 10 appearances so far for Forest but is yet to score or assist a goal.
Thirty-nine-year-old defender Gareth McAuley also left the Hawthorns in the summer when his contract expired.
He has since joined Steven Gerrard’s Rangers though, and has made eight appearances in Scotland.
