Man Utd news: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer set for £45m Nikola Milenkovic talks ‘this week’
Solskjaer says he is “here to voice my opinion” on January targets despite being in charge only until the summer.
And Milenkovic remains firmly in their plans if a mid-season deal can be struck for the Serbia international.
The defender impressed United scouts earlier in the season and former boss Jose Mourinho was an admirer.
“You can’t ask for more than going through but the way we played wasn’t the best”

Milenkovic can operate in central defence or at right-back and his versatility has appealed to United who are desperate to improve their leaky backline.
The youngster has impressed in Italy in his two seasons since arriving from Partizan Belgrade and could be just the man to help their defensive woes.
Meanwhile, United jetted out to a warm winter weather training camp to Dubai following their 2-0 FA Cup win over Reading in Saturday.
The win kept up Solskjaer’s perfect start as interim boss with the team winning all five games since he took over.
But the former Cardiff and Molde boss admitted he was not totally impressed with the performance.
He said: “You can’t ask for more than going through but the way we played wasn’t the best.
“They controlled it in the first five minutes and we weren’t up to speed.
“But we made nine changes, so I made it hard for the boys because they hadn’t played together too much but we got the goals and managed to get through.”
